Was not medium/firm when unpacked out the box. Very disappointing bc I have two others that were spot on but for some reason the king size was not. You sink deep down when you’re on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just opened it up today. Filled out over our bed frame. Voila! Instant mattress! Bought on recommendation of a family member who has had one for 8 years and they love it. Tested it….seems perfect. Will still be a few days before it becomes our permanent bed.
