Well we’ve only slept on this for four nights but I can tell you for sure that we are in love with this mattress. My husband and I have talked for years about getting a king size bed, and we finally did it. Previous to this we had a queen size Sleep Number bed for many years and it was just wearing out. We have pets that sleep with us and our bed space was getting smaller and smaller. My niece & husband have the Original T&N king bed and rave about it, so we bought the Mint. When it arrived, I was concerned that it would be too soft, but we have had excellent night’s sleep & several naps. Nothing hurts when we wake up!! Before, I would toss & turn all night, and now I might change positions once during the night. I have fibromyalgia, and OA in my knees and I haven’t even had to sleep with extra support pillows around me. We also purchased the pillows (LOVE), mattress pad & percale sheets. I hope this mattress holds up and that we love it for many years.
Simply not that comfortable. Neither I or the wife find it sleeps all that great.

I bought a T&N Queen Mint mattress after reading multiple reviews online. Every review I read seemed obsessed with the Customer Service team and slept great on their mattress. This is my warning to you, don't base your purchase off of online reviews. Go into the store and lay on the bed! The Mint was way too firm for my body. I woke up every day for over a month with a terrible back pain. For the first few weeks, I thought that I just needed to break the mattress in, but it never got better. Around day 70 of my sleep trial, I contacted Customer Service to start the return/refund process. Everything about this has been a headache.
If you are looking to buy, please try this mattress in store and understand what kind of support your body needs when sleeping. The Mint mattress wasn't for me. The silver lining to this story is that the Customer Support team is as amazing as the hype. They were very polite, didn't pressure me into keeping the mattress, and were understanding when I wanted to return. My 1-star rating reflects the sleep quality I experienced and does not reflect the overall experience of the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, I can't stand this mattress. I've only slept on it twice because I have to be willing to give up a night of sleep to test it again. I have no word to describe how it feels other than "squishy". I tossed and turned both nights I slept on it. I have company coming in a couple of weeks and will let them try it since it's in a guest room.
