Great mattress wish we would have had from beginning

We purchased July 2019 it is now Nov 2021 This was our fifth mattress over a 4-year period and is the best mattress that we have had the pleasure to own, and we tried them all even wasted our money on a sleep number(sent junk air mattresses back after only 30 days) we are putting this mattress on a sleep number frame and have had no problem whatsoever in fact I am ordering a second Mint twin XL mattress to replace mine (not a tuft& needle) was just waiting for another sale

The ordering and set up was not as seamless as it could have been. I appreciate how easy it was to reach customer service and how helpful they were. The delivery guys left without setting up the mattress (I did get a refund on the white glove service). That part was very stressful. The product seems good, but it's taking a while to break it in. The mattress is still hard on our hips, but I expect that over time it will soften and be a good bed.

This is the best mattress I have owned. I would consider the mattress to be between firm and semi-soft. The corners and edges are well supported. It’s the best sleep I have had.
