The boxes are unbelievably heavy. I am 6'2' 210lbs and played football in college -- could barely get the king size box up the steps with the help of my wife. Maybe offer a more comprehensive delivery experience given the cost of the product? Might also consider offering box springs as part of the purchasing process?

Value vs. Price. The comfort and quality of finish is very good. Our only question mark is durability and for that only time will tell. So far you have more than met expectations.
