We were skeptical that we could mail-order a mattress without trying it first, but it's been (if you'll pardon the pun) dreamy. The firmness is just right, comfy without being too hard or too squishy. The ordering and delivery also worked really well. Recommended!

I was skeptical that a mattress could deliver cooling, a strong edge, and a ton of support for a side sleeper! But this mattress has delivered on all fronts. It's been the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a really long time

Overall we are very satisfied. It is firm and very comfortable. It is not as thick as we anticipated. The support from calling Tuft and Needle was excellent when our delivery was slow. I would have given it a five but that remains to be seen (wondering how it will hold up over time.)

Great, no, best mattress I personally have owned. My husband was skeptical about a mattress shipped in a box, however, after about two nights he said it was one of my best decisions.
Highly recommend. I may need additional support for my hips, they ache less but still ache. My daughter-in-law told me about the topper and that has helped the issue with her hips. That said, will be ordering the topper soon.
