I would not say the mattress is very firm, but it is firmer than we would like. The mattress is well made and does not sag much when you sit on the edge. We did try it with a topper, but could not get it to be comfortable. The company was Great and had no issues with processing a return.

Slept great the first night. Second and Third nights the whole mid section of my body hurt (back, sides, shoulders). Finally put a down padded cover on top and it's great! Guessing it was a little firmer than what we need, but there were no other options...the only choices available are "Firm" or "Firmer"...we opted for the "Firm".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a king size mint 2 years ago and I love it. I tell everyone about it. My girlfriend says that she has never heard anyone talk about their mattress as much as I do.

Off gassing took 2-3 days.
Before purchase, thought buying a mattress online was just insane.
Fall right asleep.
Prior to purchase, and during shipment….pieces arrived separately…..customer service was excellent.
Price/value right in the sweet spot, no need to spend 2-3 times more.

I think we're up to 9 Tuft & Needle mattresses now across 3 homes and an RV. Love each one. Yet again this Christmas a guest asked, "What is that mattress? That's the best mattress ever." Pretty much sums it up.
