I have slept so much better - I have had a bad hip pain, caused by arthritis and in the past (before mattress changed) had to limp out of bed. Honestly, I can get up out of bed now and the hip pain has been minimized greatly.

The bed is very comfortable to sleep on! But we also use our bed to sit and meditate on. And it doesn't have enough support when sitting in one place.

They come as a set. I usually buy separates because top sheets are cut too small to tuck in on the sides and sleep without them untucking.
