Unexpected delight from this pillow - my back is no longer stiff in the morning! I had attributed the tightness due to age. Turns out it was the age of my old pillow, not the age of my back.

This pillow is great for many sleeping positions. My neck and shoulder discomfort has decreased a lot! The price is right and worth a try. I toss and turn when I sleep, part stomach, part side, and part back sleeper. Works for all 3 positions. Especially side sleeping

If this is a down alternative, there would be lots and lots and LOTS of down in the pillow. Looks like it is well made, but for people who like a non-lofty pillow, this isn't it.
