It's soft and can be shaped as needed. I use a CPAP so I find it easier to have this pillow than a hard foam one. It's a little too warm for me, but does the job well. I hope it gives enough neck support to others.

Not a fan of these pillows. While they have a nice loft, the compression is nothing like a real down pillow, which does not allow your head to lay flat enough. Decoration pillows now...
