They’re good but too soft if you need support or have neck pain. I thought it’d help but it didn’t much. I solved the issue by putting a think pillow under it. Otherwise my head would sink in too much and not level with my body. Does keep its shape though.

I've never really had any deluxe-style pillows before (I generally always got pillows from the mall or another mainstream store). These are great for back and side sleepers to keep your neck aligned and head elevated. I like that they maintain their shape when I remake my bed every morning (unlike some of my other, lesser quality pillows). The only thing that isn't as great is that they don't have any cooling properties so in the warmer months, they might be a bit hot.
