The pillow began to become unsewed at the end seam two years after purchase.

I bought this 2 years ago and the end seam is becoming unsewed. Poor quality. I have never had this happen with a pillow before, especially an expensive pillow like this, and of course it is outside of the warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally, the perfect pillow for me! I sleep on my side. I have purchased multiple pillows that advertise they are great for side sleepers, but they have been too skinny, too fat, or have too big of a curl around the edges. This pillow is ideal, It may go somewhat flatter, but just squeeze the pillows on the sides and it pumps back up. I have slept on it for two weeks, so far, without getting a stiff neck.

These pillows are okay. My biggest issue is the material covering the pillows makes a lot of noise when I rollover. I would return them but since we used them I can't find a charity to accept them for donation. I'll put them on the guest bed.

I bought my down alternative pillows approximately 6 weeks ago. At first I thought they were a little pricey. To my surprise they were well worth the price. The pillows are soft and keep there shape. I never wake with a neck cramp or headache. They are made with quality materials. They are the best pillows I have ever owned. Well worth the investment for a great night sleep.
