Nice, big fluffy pillow but outer shell is a bit stiff and crinkely

This is a nice, big fluffy pillow with plenty of loft. It is a bit more resilient than a down pillow - down fluffs really big and then yields to envelop you where as this one doesn't sink quite as much, but still enough that you feel wrapped in it. That higher resilience is nice if you want it to prop you up, though. My only complaint is that the outer cloth shell is rather stiff and noisy as you sink into it. Maybe this will soften up if washed? It's not enough to keep me up or wake me up, but detracts a bit from the softness.

They were wonderful for the first week. Now that I've had them a while they're kind of flattening out which is somewhat expected, but even with me fluffing them every morning they've just lost the support. One pillow is thicker than the other and I feel like I'm constantly swapping all night. All in all they're okay, definitely not the worst pillows, but also didn't live up to the hype for me.

2 years ago I purchased two pillows from you same type only at that time you sold a thicker one and a thinner one. I could not believe they lasted 2 years I've never had pillows that lasted over 6 months for me. I love them but the thinner one actually went kind of flat and hard so I went to order another one and all I could get was a two pack. They are awful I have done everything I could to make them fluff up they are hard as a rock. They feel fluffy to the touch but the minute you lay down on them it's like laying on a rock. Do not buy these.
