Sleep-changing! I wake up far fewer times at night and adjust my pillow far less. The material squishes under my head, but never flattens out such that I have to spend time fluffing it to revive it.

Very comfy pillows for side sleepers. Down alternative but they don’t go flat like a lot of down pillows do. They do need to be fluffed before bed every night. We sleep great on them!
