This is a great pillow! The only problem is I washed it last week and it was still great.
I washed it today and it is full of water and it will not dry out. It is so heavy! I have it out on a lawn chair. I need a washable pillow. I'm not happy.

In general, we recommend washing in cold water with mild detergent, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting. For maximum loft, dry with dryer balls or clean tennis balls. If desired, the pillow can be professionally dry cleaned. You may also want to try another spin cycle in the washer if you are finding it full of water as washing machines may vary. These pillows are fluffy and snuggly but are just not comfortable for this side sleeper. There is no neck support with the down alternative, but we have been using them when laying on the couch.

Really like these pillows -- the have loft but are not too firm. I'm a side sleeper and they are super comfortable both for sleeping and for fluffing up in the morning while I lay in bed and drink my first cuppa and read the news. I have another set of pillows - down - that I paid more than twice as much for, and these are much better al around.

When you lay on the pillow, even after fluffing, it goes flat where your head is. Could have got the same result with a twenty dollar pillow. Wife says same thing.

I really like this pillow so far! I alternate between sleeping on my back and on my side so the firmness of the pillow helps to support my neck. Mind you, it's not super firm; it is the right amount of support and is still very soft to sleep on.
