Even though mattress didn’t work for me they were easy to work with to set up return. I did like that the used mattress goes to charity which is wonderful for folks in need. Overall it was good quality

I wish you could toss it in the dryer. It takes a really long time to dry since it is so thick. Plus, my dryer is old and can only be set to 20 minutes maximum no-heat tumble. So I have to be present to reset it over and over.

The website explains the product materials, where it is made and ordering is accurate and with quick delivery.
Sleeping on the queen size is wonderful. Tops memory foam for great support and comfort level.
A great experiance to order and a great product to sleep on.
