I chose this mattress because a friend got one and suggested I do too. I read the website and was pleased with the philosophy. It was way firmer than my old mattress so after a few nights I put a topper on it. Now I sleep wonderfully and am completely satisfied.

The protector molds the the shape of the bed perfectly and doesnt compromise the cooling effect of the mattress materials

We have been really happy w/ the bed so far. The only thing that has changed is that it is not wicking heat away from my body like it did the first few nights that we slept on it. This is something that I need to call customer service to discuss.
