Such a great company to work with. Still in the middle of our trial and deciding if we love the bed. It was different and more firm than we were used to but slowly getting used to the difference.

Having arthritis in my spine along with disc space narrowing, this bed has been a GODSEND!!!! It was a little too firm at first (still much better than my old mattress) but you all sent me a mattress topper FOR FREE- no questions asked and it helped so much! Thank you for this amazing product!

While it's convenient to order and set up, I've yet to have a good night's sleep and have woken up every morning tired and sore. I might recommend it for friends that are larger/heavier as the mattress might work better for them. For a foam mattress, I expected it to conform to my body but it doesn't.
