I have had the mint for about 3 weeks. It was very firm. Does not feel like "memory foam." More like just foam. It does not alleviate pressure points, you float on the surface, rather than sink in (compared to a traditional memory foam.) I had to have them send me the topper to try. This feels very squishy, and totally defeats the new cooling technology in the new Mint. The topper makes my hips sink in, and creates more lower back pain. I will give it a few more weeks, but I am not sure how much more my back can take

Purchased the Mint version - tried it in the store and felt it was soft enough but it's really too firm. A free mattress topper was sent to us making the bed much more comfortable but it's awkward having the mattress topper - it doesn't stay in the exact place so it constantly has to be adjusted. Just not what I would want for a brand new bed. Shouldn't have to have a topper to make a brand new mattress comfortable.

I haven’t had to flip my pillow once or fluff it to make it more comfortable just lay down and I always find my spot!
