Probably more to do with the company than the mattress. I found it a little too firm but they made it right by gifting me a topper. Now I’m comfy cozy in my new bed.

Everything about our bed is amazing.
I suffer from chronic back pain, after purchasing a TN bed, I don’t wake up sore anymore. Recommend this bed to everyone! it is seriously magical
