The topper had a very nice cover and non-slip backing. However it didn’t feel like memory foam, just regular foam. We woke up with excruciating back pain every night so unfortunately we had to return it and we bought the Tempurpedic instead. I have to say the customer service experience was excellent though and I really wish we’d liked the way the product felt. It seemed very well made. Just not for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Honestly I have no complaints! I've tried other mattress toppers that were too soft, but this one is a perfect combination of comfort and firmness. I dont wake up in pain anymore.

Too soft - no support at all unlike advertised :(

The topper is nice and has a soft cover, however it is way too soft and lacks any support. I am 5'8 and 140 lbs and felt that my body was hammocking when I slept on it. It was soft and nice to lay on it, but in the morning my body was killing me

love my Tuft & Needle mattress but the toppers felt nothing like it....strange uncomforable feel, very hot, weird cover that allows what's inside to move around.... returned very disappointed.

We got this to solve my wife's back issues. We found out that the topper was not thick enough for your body to sink in. It just made the mattress softer for sure but overall it was just a band-aid for our situation. I am sure many people would find this to be great for them.
