Good quality but not enough pressure relief for me

I'm giving 5 stars for the quality of the topper. I just find it too firm. I tried it on the T&N original, but the combo was still way too firm (hip pain, numb arms). I also tried it on a Sleep Number, still too firm, even with a memory foam topper on top. But as the reviews indicate, you have to try it to see if it's right for you. If you have hip pain, I'd steer you to something with more pressure relief, or just another mattress, which is the direction I'm going, because I'm starting to feel like the Princess and the Pea piling layers on. Signed, 5-6, 180 lbs, with two hip surgeries and carpal tunnel syndrome

I had another T&N topper which was AMAZING. I had to replace it after it was ruined in storage. This new one seems to completely collapse under my husband and I, unlike our previous one. It doesn't provide near as much cushion like our previous one did. We place it on top of our Mint mattress.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the topper is not providing enough support. We have not changed the makeup of our topper. However, with foam, there is always a slight chance of variance in feel, but this should not be a noticeable difference. Please feel free to reach out directly to our team at 877-842-2586 or support@tn.com and we'd be more than happy to help troubleshoot this comfort issue.

It’s perfectly firm with just enough give, very comfortable. We kept it wrapped up in the plastic until we needed to put it in my son’s dorm room bed, and it rolled out flat with no problem. Highly recommended!

Comfort level is amazing. It is supportive without being sinking. Helped relieve some shoulder pain & low back pain. I put it in my T&N original it was just what I needed. However, the topper does slide. About an inch for me, usually after a night of two. I even took the cover off & it still slides. That’s a little annoying but for the comfort level, I will just make modifications of my own to make it more stationery.
