The pillow feels firm enough to support your neck but lets you sink in just enough to be comfortable. Took a few days to adjust to the pillow but then Ive been sleeping straight through the night!

Even though I consistently awoke every morning with a stiff and sore neck, that problem has been completely eliminated since the first time I used my Tuft & Needle pillow!

Never goes flat very comfy...kneck feels better in the morning...love it..I have the mattress too love that as well..both are great products well worth the money..
