I have a long neck and bony shoulders. My neck was not comfortable since my neck was at an upward angle for majority of the night. I’m a side-sleeper. The next morning, my neck was in lots of pain. I tried it for a few days to see if I needed to get used to it, but no improvement.
Also, as a side-sleeper, I had a hard time properly breathing through my nose while on the pillow. The nostril closest to pillow was usually pressed in. This forced me to sleep towards the edge of the pillow where my nose was clear from any pressure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality has changed - not for the better

I love the T&N pillow I bough 3 years ago is awesome - I wanted a new one ~ the pillow I received is completely different. The foam is much less supportive and the cover feels really cheap and synthetic
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best pillow I have ever owned!

I have owned this pillow for about 2 weeks and it’s safe to say I have never slept better. I have always invested in very top of the line pillows. I have a bad back so most pillows make my neck and back hurt. I am small framed and sleep mostly on my side but occasionally on my stomach and back. After a whole year of searching for the perfect pillow this one finally did the trick! I was willing to spend good money on a good pillow and even the very high priced pillows still didn’t satisfy my needs. This pillow!!!! My neck doesn’t hurt my back doesn’t hurt and I didn’t have to “break it in” most pillows hurt my ear or I had to fluff a few times which still meant I was waking up more times than necessary. The tuff and needle pillow was perfect the first night. Also, to my surprise, I have not one time woke up hot. I have stayed cool and comfortable. I have never slept better. I am not one to write reviews but this pillow is magic! I had to take the time to write one. Everyone should try this pillow. My husband is 6.3 200 lbs and I am 5.4 110 lbs. We have the same exact tuft and needle Pillow and both love it. Thank you thank you to the creators of this delightful gem. Best pillow ever. The second I need a new mattress I will for sure be purchasing a tuft and needle one!

I am very picky about my pillows and this one is perfect for me. I have chronic issues with the upper vertebrae in my neck and often wake feeling groggy with headaches if my pillow is bad. This pillow is supportive but soft. I feel like my neck is aligned with my spine when I’m on my back or side, which is one of the biggest issues I have with pillows. Easily one of my best purchases.
I’m a woman in my early 30’s and average height who weighs about 175 lbs. I do not have much of a c-curve in my neck. I’m a back and side sleeper. Hope that info helps you.

The pillows aren’t as firm as I was hoping they’d be. However, they are wonderful quality. My husband prefers softer pillows and has a hard time finding ones that keep it’s shape so I think these will be the perfect fit for him. I’d love to see Tuft & Needle have firmer options in the future. There is truly no brand I love more.

Pretty sure they changed this pillow. I have one of these from about 2 years ago. It's smaller and not as dense. When I asked for a replacement they send me this big, hard pillow that hurts my neck and is totally uncomfortable. I really can't recommend anyone to drop that sort of money on a pillow that you will hate.
