Its a bit firm and hurts my ear when I lay on my side. The foam doesn't compress so my ear gets compressed. Its a nice pillow for sitting in bed and reading a book...not so great for side-sleepers.

Love the bed. Never had a bed that was more comfortable and supports my body like the Tuft & Needle. Was planning on feeling a bit stiff the first few nights when I slept on the bed but from the first nights sleep I felt great!

I bought the pillow because I had been waking up with a neck ache for the past few months. I would not have recommended the Tuft & Needle pillow during the first days I slept with it though. I felt it was the most uncomfortable pillow I had ever used and my neck aches worsened. But because of the positive things I had read about the pillow, I was determined to give it a good try. And now after two weeks I am sleeping soundly and wake up every morning without a neck ache and feeling great. We also bought the Tuft & Needle mattress through Amazon and the combination of pillow & mattress has remarkably improved my night's sleep. I would definitely recommend the pillow to a friend, and encourage them to try it for a while because it is not a pillow that shouts out immediately that it is the best ever. Neither does the mattress. It is very subtle. But soon there is a remarkable difference in the quality of sleep and I wake up rested and ache-free. Thanks!

Best Pillow of my Life! Perfect firmness, perfect squish, I usually have to use two thin pillow to make my head height perfect but I just fell into this T&N like a dream.
