Hot, no support

I’ve had this pillow for over five months now and every night it gets worse and worse. Virtually no support and overheats like crazy. I have neck pain every night sleeping on this thing. I prefer my cheap down pillow over this overpriced garbage. Wish I could return it. Don’t bother if you’re a side sleeper and prefer a firmer pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It took a while for the smell to dissipate, but it was well worth the wait. My neck and shoulders no longer hurt when I wake up. Mission accomplished! ps. I have an excellent sense of smell. Most people probably wouldn't be able to smell it.

Not the same as they were

I bought one of these a couple years ago, I swore by my pillow, I recommended it to everyone I know. Fast forward to a month ago, while traveling I managed to lose my beloved pillow. Bought 2 more and they are not the same at all. I actually hate them.

Best pillow I have found

I have arthritis in my neck. I went through many, many pillows with no relief. I was in a Tufts and Needle store trying out beds and just looking around. I tried this original pillow. It had to come home with me. That was a little more than a year ago! I love this pillow so much. I haven’t had neck pain since I have had it. There is no pressure on my neck. It is soft and supportive at the same time. I feel like I’m floating. Give it a try. I don’t think you will regret it. Definitely worth every !
