The pillow is amazingly soft and cool. But with my neck issues it's just too soft for me. I wish it would have worked because it's a great product. Can you make one that is a little firmer and add a few more inches in height.

The mattress is very comfortable and reasonably priced. Also it doesn't transfer motion. I am finally getting good sleep at night.
