The pillow is soft but also supports my head at a level position. Now that you have been purchased, please don't change the quality of your products.

The pillow has seriously saved my sanity! I don't wake up with neck and back pains anymore since getting this amazing pillow. Well worth the money. I'm seriously considering getting the mattress and 2nd pillow.

WOW! I can't believe how comfortable this pillow is!!!! I love, love, love it! I can't wait to go to bed at night just so I can lay on it. It's so soft and conforms to my head and neck. It's really comfortable. I would definitely recommend it ONLY if you want a really good night's sleep.
