The pillow arrived very quick, its nice and firm but it still feels flat. I bought it to help with my neck but I’ve notice some nights its uncomfortable and then there is some nights I am to have a nice sleep.

This pillow is amazing for side sleepers!! I can easily wake with neck issues. This pillow is so supportive, but also so soft and ever since I started using this pillow, those issues are nonexistent. It’s also great for people that sleep in all positions like my husband. He borrowed mine to try it for a night or two and I had to order another because he was hooked!

I have had neck problems for years and have tried more pillows than I can count. Back in the days before the neck problems, down was my choice but I need a lot more support than they can offer now. I slept on this pillow at my son's home and the next morning asked what it was. Once I found out it was Tuft & Needle, I immediately ordered 2. I've had it for about a month and haven't woken with a sore neck yet. It offers the perfect amount of support and height for me without being hard. I've tried other memory foam pillows as well and some of them have been hard as rocks when they're cold...or even on the parts where I'm not warming them up. That hasn't happened with this one. I'm considering more for my summer home as well as my guest rooms.

I have tried so many pillows I can't count. I was never happy. If I liked one, a month later it was clumpy. Foam?? I slept on foam as a kid. This is not your mother's foam! I am in love with this pillow. My search is over. It is soft yet gives me just the right support. Finally!!!
