I haven’t slept well in years and I tend to toss and turn and wake up because of my sinuses. I’m now sleeping for hours straight at a time and wake up before my alarm goes off. I actually want to get out to bed and start my day whereas before all I wanted was 15 min more sleep.

it's a great pillow, stays cool, soft but solid. it may not be firm enough for some, but it works for me
