I used to have a shredded memory foam pillow, and I didn't like it. It didn't conform to my head and neck properly, and oftentimes felt either too puffed up or too flat. This Tuft & Needle pillow is soft and squishy, but does not sink or get depressed around your head. It is cool to the touch no matter how long you're resting your head on it. Funnily enough, after I got this pillow, I started hating my memory foam mattress. After this, I'm looking forward to trying out a T&N mattress that I'm sure will complement the pillow perfectly!
