I have severe degenerative disk disease in my cervical spine and fibromyalgia along with osteoarthritis with hooks and spurs down into the nerve root. I’ve searched for a pillow for decades that I can sleep on that doesn’t exacerbate the problems. I found the solution in your pillow, finally. I was resolved that I’d never find one I could sleep on that didn’t give me headaches, but now I wake up everyday without a headache caused by a pillow. I love that it holds it shape, too. No more fluffing half a dozen times a night! Maybe we’ll get a king mattress one of these days (I’m ready now, but my husband isn’t).
