My granddaughter loved her moms tuft and needle pillow and mom wouldn’t share so grandma and pop bought her one for her 9th birthday!!

The firmness without feeling stiff. I like that is is a bit bouncy at first feel but completely cradles your neck at an appropriate angle. I appreciate this pillow very much having a cervical disc injury.
