The pillow has the perfect combination of firmness and softness. It's adjustable but also doesn't separate like stuffed pillows. I love it as much as I love my T&N mattress!

If feels soft when you sit down on the bed, but once you lay flat it feels like your laying on a cloud! I love my Tuft & Needle bed!

The pillow is too thick for me. It’s pulling at my neck. It is very soft, and comfortable for reading, but it doesn’t work for sleeping, especially with my mattress.
