The beds are far superior to their pillows. The pillows are not the same material as the beds.

The neck support. I have a room full of pillows. With each of them I would wake up with a sore neck and headache. Every. Single. Morning. I haven’t had a sore neck or headache since sleeping on my Tuft & Needle pillow.

Hard to pick one thing... perfect height, soft, my neck finally doesn't hurt when I wake up, etc. Love it

It is perfect for my neck. I’m not waking up several times to switch positions and to fluff up my pillow anymore. I’m sleeping straight through the night with no pain! So happy! I wish I didn’t wait so long to purchase it!!
