Purchased a set 5 years ago and loved them as they gave great support through firm memory foam. Bought them again recently and it’s not the same quality. They are much heavier and more flimsy along with being a lot softer so it doesn’t provide the same support. I have had to fold a sheet over a couple of times and place under the pillow to get the height needed when head sinks into it. Overall it appears to just be cheaper made now which has made the quality suffer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed. These pillows were nothing like the pillows i was trying to replace. The ones i have are firmer. These ones are flat and caused me to have headaches every morning i used them. I ended up going back to the old ones.

I have never used a foam pillow before so these take some getting used to. They are heavy and dense and feel very comfortable initially nit in th middle of the night can feel almost too firm.

Did you change the way you make these pillows? The first one I bought is great, these last 2 seem softer and they mush down too much.

Certainly the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. Only thing that keeps me from rating 5 is I believe I'm sensing some compacting. Still, very, very comfortable!
