It’s been a month and these pillows are working well when I sleep. It great for side sleepers… if I’m on my back, I like to have my pillow a bit on my shoulders. But no pain so far, and I’m keeping my pillow. My neck pain is no more. Thank you!

Very flat. I liked their older model. I hate sinking into the pillow. It takes away from the cooling aspect. Excellent customer service though.
