Way softer than the pillows I bought in 2019, and don’t hold their shape as well. They’re probably fine if you like mushy pillows, but I prefer firm and assumed that I’d receive the same type of pillows I had previously received.

I've been searching high and low for a good pillow and have spent thousands only to continue to sleep terribly and have neck and head pain.
I did not have high hopes for Tuft & Needle, but I've been using the pillow for a month now and I LOVE IT. It's high enough so I have support, yet soft so it's comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Really wanted to love this pillow because it's so cozy and squishy, but it offered no support for my neck and I woke up with a stiff neck each time I used the pillow. Customer service was excellent and helped me with a return.

Love this! It's cheaper than other popular companies, AND it's worth the price tag. This pillow is the perfect mixture of firm and plush. I usually have neck pain for the first week of having a new pillow, but it was a perfect surprise that I didn't experience that this time! I would definitely order one of these again. I'm even looking into getting my next mattress from here.

Its nice but it's not as firm as I wanted. It's great for sleeping on stomach or back but not on the side. I wish it was less expensive. I was excited about the non-toxic element so I was willing to pay more, but it just doesn't have enough support/oomph for me
