I got 2 of these pillows following the recommendation of a YouTube review. My husband and I (both in our 70s) have been sleeping on them for several weeks and have been happy with them since the first night. They are soft yet supportive. They are pricey, however. They are also very heavy, dangerous for a pillow fight, seriously. I also did not like the way they were boxed: they were squeezed flat and rolled up. It took several hours for them to puff up.

I was looking for a cervical pillow and also less toxic materials. I did appreciate no noticeable off gasing/fumes which I was glad for. Unfortunately did not give the support I needed for my neck. Although admittedly that is a very individual thing. I do think it is high quality material and likely will last. I will likely just use this as high quality pillow in guest room, as I think it is a good “universal” design. Just wasn’t right for my needs right now.

The enormous difference this pillow made for me is that no more do I find myself folding, refluffing, punching and generally wrestling with a pillow several times a night, trying to get comfortable. I put my head down on it, and that's that until morning. It's just as comfortable when I sleep on my side as on my back. I'm not sure how long I've had my pillow, but it's been well over 5 years. It's gotten slightly flatter but is still as comfortable as ever.
