I’m so sad that this pillow didn’t work for me. I woke up in the middle of the night every time I used it with a stiff neck and headache ): I wanted to like it so badly but I can’t even use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality pillow but not helpful for my neck pain

It seems to be a quality pillow but not for my needs (back sleeper with frequent neck/shoulder pain). I bought it specifically because of reviews saying it was good for my issues. Disappointed to find out it just doesn't work for me.
