Pillow really lacks any volume. It is soft and comfy, but pretty flat. I find you have to fold it over to sleep on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband got me this pillow for Christmas this last year and I love it! I don’t need to use two pillows anymore, just this one. It is firm, yet soft enough and supportive enough that my neck isn’t bent too far down or up. I loved the pillow so much that I got one for my husbands birthday about a month ago. I removed one star because his pillow is not as firm as mine and a bit more soft. He still likes it and says it’s the best pillow he’s ever had but he’s disappointed it’s not as firm as mine.
