I used to wake up with a headache 1-2 days a week. Since sleeping on this pillow, for a little over a week, I have not woken up with a headache once. It is very comfortable!

It is shaped like a traditional pillow but doesn't go flat, meaning it fills my pillowcase, too. It supports my neck and head whether I'm sleeping on my back or side.
