Denser and thicker than our old one, but I'm working with it

The one we received was firmer and denser with a higher loft than the one my husband bought 3-4 years ago. Another customer recommended removing the outer cover to improve the softness and that's been a big help for my smaller frame. Customer service has been prompt and helpful.
