Excellent support but not a good snuggle or side sleeping pillow

Excellent support but not a good snuggle pillow. I like how the pillow gives complete support to my head and to my neck (It doesn't sink too low like most cotton pillows.) The only thing is it's a little bit too hard when sleeping on my side. I'm giving it four stars because I've slept better on this pillow than the cotton ones I've been using most of my life.
