My all-time favorite pillow! I found this pillow at a hotel I stayed at and had to find out the brand to purchase one for myself at home. I've given my entire family the same pillow and they all love it.

Super inconsistent quality

LOVE the two pillows I bought last summer. HATED the pillow I bought last autumn, requested a replacement, and just only tolerate the pillow they sent as a replacement. The original pair of pillows were the perfect amount of support and didn’t squish flat. The bad one was like a pancake—it was a night and day difference, not the innocuous bit of understandable “variability” that the company says will be present across their products. The third was still distinctly noticeably softer and less supportive, but it wasn’t as awful as the one it was sent to replace, and I was tired of the back and forth, so I begrudgingly accepted it. By boyfriend took one of my good ones for his place, and now I’m super hesitant to attempt another repurchase. The good thing is that the company is really easy to deal with, but just be warned that there is a legitimate reason for the complaints alleging that the older pillow was a superior product. I really hope the company gets to the bottom of their quality consistency issue regarding this pillow because the older pillows were the holy grail of pillows—enough so that I will probably attempt another purchase.
