This is not a firm/thick foam pillow. It is quite soft, collapses rather thin. If you're looking for good neck and head support, keep looking.

We didn’t try these we just took a chance and ordered them based off how much we love our mattress. They’re perfect! I’m a side sleeper and initially I thought they maybe too high but they’re perfect! Best pillows we’ve both owned.
