While this pillow is maybe the most comfortable pillow I've ever used, it was not tall enough for my taste when sleeping on my side. In fact, my neck and shoulders became so tight and achy after using the pillow I had to just give up. However, when my husband started using the pillow his snoring decreased by a lot! So much so that I insist he use the pillow every night! So while it wasn't right for me, it was right for him.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So I bought 2 regular size for my son and daughter-in-law for Xmas...they also love it! My daughter-in-law was sleeping without a pillow for years...not now!
