This company has outstanding customer service and quality of product. The pillow did not work for me- I don't know why- but pillows are funny like that and I seem to need a different kind of neck support. But I gave it to my son who will definitely buy one again when this one wears out. He loves it! It did take him a day or 2 to adjust to it, but it works great for him! He is 21. I would recommend Tuft and Needle to anyone.

I'm happy with my new pillow - no stiff neck, good support. Only slight negative is that the pillow is somewhat small in overall dimension and it keeps slipping out of my standard pillowcases (cotton). Not sure what to do about this.
