The pillow is soft and does prevent sweating, but it is to thick and uncomfortable. My spouse and I both had neck pain.

These pillows are not very comfortable. The foam is much more firm than I was expecting. As a side sleeper, not so good. Maybe they would work better for a back sleeper or a stomachs sleeper? I am still in love with my mattress though!
