Great for side and back sleepers! Never have a flat pillow again. This pillow is worth every penny, and I would buy it over and over again...but I don't think I'll have to!

this is my second T&N king pillow. I had no issues with the first one, but this one is not as comfortable. the first week was horrible, head ache and neck soreness, but was giving it time to 'break-in' well its been over a month and I'm still not happy with the product. no i have not contacted customer service but if I do, I know they will be great. I'm a side sleeper
