These pillows are soft and cozy for a long time had one for about two yrs now and it just now seems like it maybe time for a new one. I take the cover off and wash at least once a month and it's still nice and white as the day I bought it. I did buy a new pillow though oh and they are easy to travel with fits nicely in my carry on even if it's full.

The needs a loose pillow case. It will not compress with the head if the pillow case is s tight fit.
