Really wanted to love this pillow for the sake of my neck, but it was unfortunately too high and left me with pain in the mornings in my shoulders, neck, and ears. It had more give than a memory foam pillow, but I found it didn't conform to my head to let my neck straighten out. I'm a back and side sleeper.
